We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. As the Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment and processing, and maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including shipping and receiving
- Assist with inventory control processes
- Ensure orders are fulfilled and processed accurately
- Communicate with customers outside the warehouse to communicate disruptions, provide updates on delivery timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse role is a plus
- Ability to think independently and problem solve
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
