How long will it take to setup my site?
Your site will be fully setup and ready to go
within 3-5 business days.
What appears on the shipping label in
the "Sender" section when my customer
receives their order?
Your company information and address. Your customer
will not know the item was shipped by us.
How does the order process work?
When you receive an order on your website, the
payment processor you choose collects the payment
from your customer and then deposits the funds
into your bank account. We then bill your credit
card when we ship the order to your customer.
What options do I have for accepting
payments on my site?
You have several different options. You can use
a Google
Checkout Account to accept payments or you
can use a Paypal
Business Account to accept payments. You can also
use a paid Merchant Account such as SecurePay.com
to accept payments. Your site is compatible with
any of these options.
Can I add additional pages to my site?
Yes. The "Custom Content Page" in the
site's control panel is there for you to update
and edit as you wish. If you wanted to make that
page your FAQ or Security Blog, you could. Additional
custom content pages can be setup upon request.
Links to your custom content pages appear in the
"Other Links" section on the left side
of all pages.
What type of Analytics Software will
provide my site's statistics?
The best available, Google's Urchin 5 Web Analytics
Software is installed on all of our servers.
Do I have the ability to add and edit
the keywords and descriptions (META Tags) that
the search engines use to direct traffic to my
site?
Yes. You have full control over the keywords and
descriptions that are used in the META tags on
your site.
Can I set my own profit margins?
Yes. You have full control over your prices. The
default price is the suggested retail. If you
would like to increase or decrease the price,
you may.
I'm not very computer-savy. Is it difficult
to make changes to my homepage?
Absolutely not. The visual homepage editor that
is built into your site's control panel is extremely
easy to use even for those without any computer
experience.
What programming language is the site
written in?
ASP, Javascript, and Flash (LiveSupport).
Can I add additional features to my site?
You are welcome to add any features or pages you
would like to your site. If you are not comfortable
making the changes yourself, we can assist you.

Can I add Flash (.swf) to my site?
Yes.
Can I host the site on another hosting
account?
Because your site interfaces with our site and
our databases, it must remain hosted on our servers.
