What is drop shipping ?

Drop shipping is a service that we provide for our customers. When we drop ship an order we ship your customer's order directly to them for you. This saves you the time and expense of receiving the product from us and reshipping it. We will print the shipping label with your company information in the return address section, making it look like the shipment came directly from you. We do not put any of our company information anywhere in or on the box.

How much does it cost to get set up to have my orders drop shipped?

You can become an authorized drop shipper for an annual fee of $50.00. This allows you to submit an unlimited number of drop ship orders to your customers for a period of one year. If you prefer, you can sign up for a period of three years for $99.00 (a savings of $51).

What price am I charged when I have an order drop shipped?

You will be charged the wholesale price even if you're order is under $100. The normal small order fee of $25 for orders under $100 is waived for all authorized drop shippers. Also, we charge a flat $2.50 drop ship fee for each shipment within the continental United States to cover the cost of the box, packing material, labor, etc. Orders shipped International and to Canada are charged a drop ship fee of $5.00, and must be a minimum of $50. Also, we can not drop ship orders of pepper spray, stun guns or stun batons outside the US.  Please note that the drop ship fee is per order, regardless of how many items are in the drop ship order.

How much are shipping charges for drop shipped orders?

The shipping charge depends on the carrier, level of service, destination, and weight of the package. We normally ship by UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail  Before actually packing the order it is impossible to provide an exact shipping cost. However you can click the link below to enter your order and receive an estimate of your shipping charges. For small drop ship orders (under 6 products, shipped by ground), the shipping charge should be fairly accurate. For larger orders and orders shipped by air the estimate will be less accurate.

How long does it take my order to get to my customer via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post?

For orders inside the US: Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days to get to your customer while Parcel Post takes approximately 7 days. Please note that Saturdays are included (Sundays are not).

How long does it take my order to get to my customer via UPS Ground?
You can use the map below to determine the number of days it will take for an order sent UPS regular ground to get to your customer. We ship from our warehouse in Winterville, NC. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not included.

How to Place a Wholesale Order

Very Important: please read before placing your order. There are two ways to place a wholesale order on our web site 1)click on the categories on the left side of this page to browse our web site than place your order using the shopping cart or 2)click on the button below to use our quick order form.

Please note that because we sell only wholesale our minimum order is $100 (If an order is below $100 a $25 small order fee will be applied)

You may place a standard wholesale order by using the quick order form or the shopping cart. If you are new to our web site and are not yet familiar with our products we recommend you browse the product categories and use the shopping cart located on each product page under the description. You will see the product categories on the left-hand side of each page. Once you are familiar with our products you can place orders faster by using the Quick Order Form. This form allows you to place your order on one page without having to browse through the web site to select products.

When you place your first order your information (shipping address, payment method, etc) will be saved. Therefore, when placing future orders you will only need to enter the quantity of each product and how you want it shipped. Please note: to ensure that your information will be protected we use the highest level of security available. Our site is secured with 128-bit RC4 encryption and a VeriSign SSL certificate.
